Community Health Alliance

Community Health Alliance (CHA) is affordable employer sponsored health care for the working uninsured. CHA is a community health investment program, not major medical, and is available to sole proprietors and businesses throughout Union, Baker and Wallowa county that employ 50 or fewer employees.

Community Health Alliance Provides:
