Want assistance in navigating what kind of health insurance options you might have?

Want to find out if you and your family can be eligible for subsidies?

NEON has been selected as a grantee to help people complete the Health insurance Exchange website application process where individuals and families can experience a ‘one-stop-shop’ arena for private and/or public health insurance options.

You will be able to shop and compare different plans side by side.  This will create a clear picture to select a plan that best fits your preferences.  Coverage under private plans are available through the federal website.

See if you qualify for Oregon Health Plan.  Coverage through the Oregon Health Plan is available through the State website.  You are able to apply for OHP anytime throughout the year.

Oregon Health Plan:

If you are at or below 138% of the FPL, you may apply at any time of the year.

Healthy Kids:

If you are at or below 300% of the FPL (household), you may apply at any time of the year.

Qualified Health Plans:

If you are over the maximum FPL, your household will need to apply for a Qualified Health Plan within the open enrollment period of November 1st, 2015 to January 31st, 2016.
