In cooperation with the Right Track Resource Center, NEON is hiring a full-time temporary Overnight Monitor from November to March. Duties include ensuring warming station facility rules are being followed and that guests have their needs met. Perform hourly walkthroughs of the facility to ensure guests’ safety. Maintain facility cleanliness. Notify incoming staff/volunteers of any concerning behaviors that have been observed. This position will be the sole staff member on site, accompanied by a rotating volunteer.

 

We’re looking for people with strong communication skills, who can direct with confidence, work independently, and are good at following and enforcing policies. Compensation is $27.08-$27.43 per hour, set by NEON’s standardized compensation scale. This position is eligible for employee-only health insurance and will have access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
