Do I qualify for the Oregon Health Plan?

You might! To qualify for the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), individuals and families must meet income and residency requirements. Oregonians may also qualify based on age and disability status.

Adults: OHP is available to adults who earn up to 138 percent of the Federal Poverty Level. That's about $16,100 a year for a single person or $32,900 a year for a family of four.

Children: OHP is available to kids and teens (0-18) whose family earns up to 300 percent of the Federal Poverty Level. That's about $46,600 a year for a family of two or $82,000 a year for a family of five.

Make and appointment with a member of our enrollment staff to find out if you qualify or start the enrollment process!

Roles of Enrollment Specialists and Insurance Agents

Role of NEON's Enrollment Specialists: Through the enrollment assistance with NEON specialists, individuals and families will be able to see whether or not they qualify for tax subsidies, or no-cost coverage through the Oregon Health Plan.

Role of Insurance Agents: Certified agents are available to help people decide which health plan will best fit their need. If you wish to work with an agent once you determine what subsides you are eligible for, NEON staff can provide you a list of all local certified agents in the area.
