Do I qualify for the Oregon Health Plan?
You might! To qualify for the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), individuals and families must meet income and residency requirements. Oregonians may also qualify based on age and disability status.
Adults: OHP is available to adults who earn up to 138 percent of the Federal Poverty Level. That's about $1,468 a month for a single person or $3,013 a month for a family of four.
Children: OHP is available to kids and teens (0-18) whose family earns up to 305 percent of the Federal Poverty Level. That's about $4,382 a month for a family of two or $7,798 a month for a family of five.
Contact one of our enrollment staff to find out if you qualify and start the enrollment process!
Enrollment Specialists and Insurance Agents
NEON Enrollment Specialists: Through the enrollment assistance with NEON specialists, individuals and families can learn about what coverage they are eligible for and apply. We can help you find out if you qualify for financial assistance to reduce the cost of a plan through the Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace, or no-cost coverage through the Oregon Health Plan.
Insurance Agents: Certified agents are available to help people decide which health plan will best fit their need. If you wish to work with an agent or need help with Medicare, NEON staff can provide you a list of all local certified agents in the area.
